Trial underway for man who shot Tempe fire captain in the head
A murder trial has begun in the shooting death of Tempe Fire Captain Kyle Brayer after a night of drinking in Old Town Scottsdale. Prosecutors claim the suspect killed Brayer during a verbal altercation, but the defense says Brayer was physically aggressive, and that the suspect fired his gun in self-defense.
