Agencies search for 17-year-old and kidnapping suspect in Idaho Amber Alert
Officers located the vehicle linked to the kidnapping abandoned in Surprise and have set up a perimeter looking for the suspect and victim, who police believe fled on foot. Call 911 immediately if you see them.
