'He was a good man': Brother of murder victim says he wants justice after fugitive suspects captured
Somewhat lost after the Barksdales' arrest is a 72-year-old murder victim. Tucson police say the Barksdales killed Frank Bligh before stealing a stockpile of his guns and setting fire to his house. Bligh's brother doesn't want the world to forget about the life that was taken.
