New family planning rule could affect 20,000 Arizonans
The Arizona Department of Health and Human Services announced Tuesday it would no longer allow certain programs getting federal funds to refer patients to abortion clinics. This rule change could affect as many as 20,000 Arizonans, causing them to pay more for family planning services or go without care altogether.
