SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Scottsdale police say a hiker died Monday while on Sunrise Trail.
Scottsdale Fire said other hikers found a person down and called 911 and began CPR. Scottsdale fire crews arrived on scene and continued CPR, but the hiker was pronounced dead.
The hiker has been identified as 65-year-old Stephen Butcher. Officials say the investigation indicates Butcher died from a medical-related event.
