Punch House Spritz
- 2 ounces Cocchi Americano
- 4 ounces Lini lambrusco Rosato
- grapefruit juice
- soda water
Combine in a rocks or wine glass over ice and add garnish.
Aperol Betty (Terroni, Los Angeles)
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/2 ounce of fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 ounces Prosecco
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain over ice into a rocks or Collins glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange wheel.
Nero Chinato Spritz (The Varish, Los Angeles)
- 4 blackberries
- 3/4 ounces of fresh lemon juice
- 2 1//2 ounces of Cocchi Americano
- Champagne
- Soda water
In Collins glass, muddle the blackberries. Add ice, the lemon juice, and the Cocchi Americano. Top with equal parts of Champagne and soda water and add the garnish.
