Delicious Buffalo Wing Cauliflower with AZ Food Crafters

Chef Eddie Caliendo shows us how to create delicious and nutritious game day buffalo wing & garlic cauliflower snacks

Olive oil

Sea salt

Black Pepper

Buffalo wing sauce - optional

Or

1 tablespoon minced garlic - optional

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley - optional

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 425*

Cut cauliflower into florets, wash and dry cauliflower, drizzle with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper to taste, place on baking rack or foil lined baking sheet. Roast till edges have browned and crisped, toss in buffalo wing sauce ( or sauce of choice) to coat evenly. Platter and serve with vegetable crudités, more sauce and butter milk dressing of choice.
